The IT Service Center, located in Horn 220, provides telephone, walk-in, web-based and e-mail support to Babson's students, faculty and staff. The IT Service Center staff can assist you with questions about desktop or laptop computers as well as Babson-licensed software, Portal, Blackboard, e-mail, printing, classroom technology, A/V deliveries, computer labs, and other computer related questions.
| Classroom Emergency Support
You may also submit a support ticket online at any time. Tickets submitted online or via e-mail will be processed within one business day. Tickets submitted after 2PM on Friday may not be processed until Monday. Tickets submitted on holidays or over breaks will not be processed until the College's next business day.
The Babson Portal is the community’s gateway to the electronic tools and information needed to be successful at Babson. When you visit the Babson Portal you’ll see your email; calendar; network drives; campus announcements; the campus event calendar; Babson press releases; news and sports headlines; weather; and stock information at a glance.
To access the Babson Portal from on or off campus, simply open a web browser such as Internet Explorer, and enter http://portal.babson.edu in the address field. Enter your username and password at the top, then click Login. Now just click on a link to access the specific service you need. Please note: If you are logged into a Babson machine on campus, the Portal will automatically recognize your login credentials and you will not have to enter them when you enter the site.
