Staff and students can reserve space for college or department meetings. Individual students may reserve space for academic group meetings. If there is a problem with your current set-up please call ext. 4527. After 3:30 p.m. call public safety at ext. 5555.
Under the "Smart Tools" portlet click on "Room Reservations".
The left-hand navigation bar will allow you to view announcements, search already scheduled events and request a new event.
Please be sure to provide complete and accurate information.
This is only a request for a room. You will receive a confirmation email (within 48 hours) if the request has been approved or if more information is required.
The Office of Campus Life offers support for student organizations in the event planning process and requires an event proposal for student club/organization initiated functions. Students should review OCL's website prior to scheduling an event.
Please notify the scheduling office if an event is cancelled. The rooms are in high demand and will be rescheduled.
