OnBoarding is the process of acclimating employees to the organization. Babson has developed a two-part OnBoarding process for all employees: orientation and Doing Business at Babson.

New Employee Orientation >
Provides an "I'm new here. What do I need to know?" overview for new employees or faculty. The New Employee Checklist is an easy to follow guide for activities that will help get employees up to speed as quickly as possible. The New Faculty Checklist, which provides helpful insights and instructions for faculty as they get acclimated to the campus, as well as other useful, faculty-related information from varying departments can be found on the Faculty Portal.

Doing Business @ Babson >
Provides an online guide and a "How do I get something done?" overview of the various internal business policies and procedures at the college. The guide is designed to be as comprehensive as possible and is divided into sections based on administrative function.
